Initially, I just planned to draw small sponge bobs at the border of the cake. Then again, since this was a square cake, and sponge bob is square, I decided to make the whole face. The idea came at 1pm and Madihah wanted to collect the cake at 4pm.

The Incredible Herman

This is a 1.5 recipe of Carrot Cheese Cake for Herman. And no, Herman is not a boy, he is a grown up man.. still single, I think available too.. (memandai jer...). Back to the cake, it is a challenge to come up with the Incredbile-red-color, since the cream cheese is already yellowish. Yes, it is not perfect, it is homemade dude! Owh, this is RM 70.

Mommyalif ordered this 2 kg Choc Moist Surf's Up Cake for Alif's 3rd Birthday. I heard the party was a blast, with Hamburglar around! Too bad we couldn't make it on that day. Beribu kali I tanya Wawa, Anis Syafiqah's exact spelling .. Asyik tak ingat aje. Anyways, baked Carrot Cake for Anis Syafiqah. Got bored of drawing carrots on the Carrot Cake. Tukar angin la pulak for the little one. Heard that the Carrot Cake was a hit.. Alhamdulillah..

Also, fruit flan for Aqil (Zariah 1 year old son). Fruit flan was baked by Mama Chak Jedi, since Mama Chak's Chef had prior commitment on that day.. (kearah menjadi menantu mithali.. chewah.. amin...) Anyways, I'll bake this myself next time.
